Do you accept commission requests?
For the time being, I'm only taking on commissions on a case-by-case basis. Please email me H E R E for inquiries on this matter!
What do I do if my order is damaged?
Under the circumstance that any of your order items have arrived damaged, please do not hesitate to reach out to me via email! I'd be happy to resend the appropriate parts of your order free of additional charge to ensure you're receiving quality products!
How can i cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order prior to it being shipped, please contact me and you'll receive a full refund! Refunds can only be returned onto the same card or account that was used at order check out.
In the case that your order has already been shipped, you will be expected to ship the order back and will be refunded for your total receipt order once confirmed the items aren't damaged (this refund excludes any costs outside of what you paid me directly for your order).
PLEASE NOTE: There is a 30-day window after you have received your order in which you must return it by in order for your refund to be valid; otherwise, no refund will be issued.

General Shipping Questions
You have the choice between First-Class and Priority shipping for domestic orders via USPS! Any orders placed internationally are only offered First-Class Shipping via USPS First-Class International Services.

Some orders may arrive prior to the estimated arrival time listed at checkout. These numbers vary due to shipping location. The posted estimates are provided to avoid shipping inquiries within that time frame.

PLEASE NOTE: All orders require approximately 1-2 weeks for processing and handling. You will be emailed as soon as your order has been shipped. If there are any delays on my end, you will be notified via email.
